Commercial Specialist - CEE market (f/m/x)

We're growing eSky Group's presence across emerging CEE markets, and we're looking for a CEE Commercial Specialist to support the region's commercial performance across a portfolio of markets. You'll help drive volume and margin delivery within the group yield framework, working closely with our Commercial, Product, Hotels, Aviation and Marketing teams.

What will your journey with us look like?

Commercial performance & market support

• Support delivery of bookings, margin, and revenue targets vs. forecast across assigned markets.
• Monitor ABV and margin performance weekly, flagging where results lag forecast and recommending corrective action.
• Build market-specific business cases for promotions or product changes, with a focus on ROI.
• Feed market-level insights and risk flags into central trading and forecasting teams.
  
  

Competitive intelligence & market insight

• Run competitive intelligence tracking across assigned markets and surface findings to inform pricing decisions.
• Maintain an up-to-date view of competitive positioning and market trends, translating findings into commercial recommendations.
  
  

Traffic & distribution

• Monitor traffic performance across organic and paid channels, working with Marketing to support CVR improvement.
• Support regional distribution partnerships, including affiliates and B2B2C codes.
• Flag gaps in traffic and distribution relative to market potential.
  
  

Pricing & yield execution

• Execute pricing and yield actions as directed, within group-level frameworks.
• Adjust markup and pricing tactics to reflect local competitive landscapes and metasearch visibility.
• Feed regional demand signals and competitor intelligence back into commercial team.
  
  

Reporting & insight

• Produce and maintain market-level reporting: ABV, conversion, margin and booking performance.
• Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and actionable for stakeholders.
  
  

Product & tech collaboration

• Represent local requirements such as payment methods and localisation needs, within the product roadmap.
• Flag product-related blockers that impact conversion or ABV.
• Work with product and tech teams to ensure commercial data needs are reflected in tools and platforms.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to work smarter and surface insights faster.
  
  

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Experience in the travel or OTA industry (CEE market), in a commercial, revenue, or pricing role.
• Experience contributing to market-level performance tracking: bookings, margin, ABV against forecast.
• Good commercial instinct: understanding of yield management, pricing tactics, and how distribution choices affect margin.
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable digging into performance data and turning it into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Exposure to traffic and distribution channels, including affiliates and B2B2C partnerships.
• Confidence working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and product teams.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, competitive markets, with an interest in market intelligence and competitor positioning.
• Fluent in English.
• Actively uses AI tools in daily work or is eager to start.
