As a Commercial Strategy & Performance Analyst, you'll do more than analyze data. You'll help shape commercial strategy, guide executive decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and drive the success of innovative Digital Oncology solutions that are making an impact around the world.

What You Will Do

Commercial Analytics & Business Intelligence

· Develop and maintain executive dashboards, performance scorecards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.

· Analyze financial, customer, operational, and product performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

· Partner with business leaders to collect, validate, and interpret forecast and actual performance metrics.

· Deliver actionable insights and recommendations supporting strategic planning and investment decisions.

· Create scalable reporting tools and self-service analytics capabilities.

· Leverage AI-powered analytics and automation tools to streamline reporting and improve data quality.

· Monitor business performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.

Commercial Strategy & Pricing

· Support revenue growth, profitability, pricing optimization, and commercialization initiatives.

· Conduct pricing, competitive, and product performance analyses.

· Develop pricing, licensing, subscription, bundling, and discount frameworks.

· Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.

· Partner with Product Management, Commercial, and Finance leaders on strategic opportunities.

Market Research & Customer Insights

· Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and Voice of Customer initiatives.

· Develop market segmentation frameworks and identify growth opportunities.

· Translate customer and market insights into commercialization strategies.

· Monitor healthcare IT, digital health, and software market trends.

Commercial Operations & Market Readiness

· Coordinate country readiness and global product launch activities.

· Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Geographic Business Units, Product Management, and Commercial teams.

· Track commercialization milestones and support cross-functional execution.

· Manage pricebooks, contract updates, and vendor coordination activities.

Required Qualifications

· Master's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field

· 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Strategy, Business Operations, Product Management, or related field

· Advanced Excel including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros and What-If Analysis

· Experience with Power BI, SAP, QlikSense and QlikView

· MBA or advanced degree

· Healthcare IT, digital health, software or SaaS experience

· Forecasting, commercialization and strategic planning experience

· Knowledge of pricing, licensing, subscriptions and monetization models

The base pay range for this position is:

$89,220 - $122,672

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
