Now, to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Commercialist / Sales Manager for Meat Processing Industry (f/m/d) Your responsibilities: You are developing and maintaining our business in distribution of chemical raw materials relevant for the meat industries in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina Thereby, you take ownership of our product portfolio and further develop it by engaging additional suppliers At the same time, you expand and manage our client relationships - both commercially and technically - through regular, proactive communication and partnership By identifying new markets and monitoring market developments, you create detailed market overviews and identify new as well as promising raw materials, products, and sales opportunities to grow our business Based on your analysis, you set targets for new business development, implement strategies for profitable sales growth and extend our product portfolio You will also collaborate closely with your sales colleagues located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly Your profile: You have an university education with a focus on chemistry, food technology or sales, alternatively a commercial education with technical capabilities - preferably with a focus on meat processing including the application of spice blends and other raw materials in the meat industry In addition, you have gained extensive experiences with chemical raw materials related to the meat processing industry from a technical, trading or sales perspective fostering your deep understanding on the application of chemical raw materials and spice blends in that industry You are characterized by a strong customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful stakeholder relationships Preferably, you have an analytical, entrepreneurial, structured and independent working style Additionally, you are a strong communicator in written and verbal Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian as well as English with profound negotiation abilities You hold a category B driving license and are able to travel regularly in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina - sometimes also abroad Our offer to you : If you're seeking a supportive and appreciative team that values individual differences and strengths, HSH Chemie may be the right place for you.
