Commission-Based Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

SaaSTech is an all-in-one management platform for cleaning and field-service businesses, offering smart scheduling, a management dashboard, a staff app, and a customer app. We're looking for a self-driven, commission-based Sales Representative to help us bring SaaSTech to cleaning and service companies. This is a remote, part-time, 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential — ideal for a closer who wants to be rewarded directly for results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to cleaning, facility management, and field-service companies
• Present and demo the SaaSTech platform (full product training and sales materials provided)
• Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to closing
• Build long-term client relationships and generate recurring subscription revenue
• Share market and customer feedback with our team

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or SaaS sales (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and remotely
• A network in the cleaning, facility, or service industry is a plus
• Fluent in English is required; Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish or any additional language is an advantage
