The Role
Commission-Based
Sales Consultant
You identify garage owners and service centers, get them on a demo call, and close the deal. That's the job. Everything else — training, lead lists, demo support, marketing materials — we handle.
- Prospect and reach out to auto repair shops, service centers, and dealerships
- Schedule and run discovery calls (we'll join for the product demo)
- Send proposals and follow up until the deal closes
- Manage onboarding handoff to the SAFO team post-close
- Track pipeline in CRM and report weekly on deal progress
- Build long-term relationships for upsells and referrals
First-to-Contact Rule: The first consultant to make contact with a prospect owns that lead. No internal competition, no drama.
