Communications Specialist

£500 per day Inside IR35 OR 12-month FTC | Hybrid
I'm working with a global organisation going through a major transformation programme and looking for an experienced Communications Specialist to join the team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of communications across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders, Change Management and Training teams.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and delivering the programme communications plan
• Creating engaging content across SharePoint, newsletters, leadership communications, presentations and digital channels
• Understanding key programme milestones and turning them into clear communications
• Segmenting audiences and tailoring messaging accordingly
• Working across multiple workstreams and keeping local teams aligned
• Supporting senior stakeholders with communications, briefing materials and presentations
• Ensuring communications support business readiness and adoption
  
  

What we're looking for

• 4+ years' communications experience
• Experience within internal, change or transformation communications
• Experience supporting a large-scale transformation or ERP programme
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent writing and content creation skills
• Experience with SharePoint and digital communications
• SAP / S4HANA experience is desirable

We're open to candidates from different industries, provided you have strong transformation, ERP or technology programme communications experience.

The contract

• £500 per day Inside IR35 OR 12-month FTC
• Remote working
• Travel to London, Birmingham, Amsterdam and Dublin at least once a month
• October 2026 start
