We are looking for experienced Communication Support Specialists who are confident in written communication, can build engaging conversations, and know how to create an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage live text chats with customers in real time.
  
• Build engaging and personalized conversations that maintain customer interest.
  
• Provide creative responses using company guidelines and adapt them to each conversation.
  
• Maintain high communication quality and achieve performance goals.
  
• Sort and categorize conversations according to internal guidelines.
  
• Follow company standards, workflows, and communication policies.
  
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience as an OnlyFans Chatter / Communication Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  
• English level B1 or higher (written communication).
  
• Strong written communication and sales skills.
  
• Fast typing speed and excellent attention to detail.
  
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
  
• Experience with CRM systems, scripts, and KPI-driven work will be a strong advantage.
