Key Deliverables 1. Change Management Communication Assets Graphics, infographics, presentations, digital communications, toolkits, and campaigns supporting transformation initiatives. 2. Video & Multimedia Content Short-form videos, animated explainers, motion graphics, leadership communications, and educational content. 3. AI-Enabled Creative Content Communications developed through AI-supported workflows that demonstrate faster, scalable, and more personalized approaches to content creation. 1. Transformation Storytelling Visual storytelling that communicates progress, business value, employee impact, milestones, and outcomes across Marketing Operations transformation programs. 2. Technology & Workflow Adoption Content Creative enablement supporting adoption of Adobe platforms, Adobe Workfront, AI-enabled workflows, automation capabilities, and standardized processes. 3. Executive & Stakeholder Communications Polished visual materials that help leadership clearly communicate transformation priorities, progress, and value.

Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia design, or creative communications. Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality digital, presentation, infographic, and communication design. Experience producing or editing video, animation, or motion graphics. Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Experience designing communications for organizational change, transformation, employee communications, marketing, or similar environments. Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams including Change Management, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and executive stakeholders. Strong understanding of brand standards and the ability to create compelling work within established design systems. Experience using modern creative and design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and/or comparable design platforms. Experience incorporating generative AI or AI-enabled creative tools into design, video, or content workflows. Ability to manage multiple creative projects and priorities within a highly cross-functional transformation environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $68.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
