Role Description The Communications Manager will oversee internal and external communications for MASOCHI BUSINESS CONSULTANCY, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. This full-time remote role involves developing and executing communication strategies, drafting and editing content for digital and print media, and managing the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and newsletters. The Communications Manager will coordinate with consulting teams to translate business insights into clear, engaging messages for clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include planning campaigns, creating communication materials, monitoring engagement metrics, and maintaining brand voice and standards. The role also involves supporting media relations, preparing presentations, and contributing to thought leadership content such as articles, case studies, and reports.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in communications management, public relations, or corporate communications.
• Strong skills in writing, editing, and content development for digital and print channels.
• Ability to develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with common communication and collaboration tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media tools, project management software).
• Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses or in a consulting environment is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
