Join a growing Communications team and play a key role in delivering strategic communications that keep our people, dealers and stakeholders informed, engaged and aligned. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you'll partner with business leaders across the organisation to develop communication plans, support change initiatives, and deliver clear, impactful messaging across a variety of channels.

Some of your key responsibilities, are as follows:

Communications Planning & Delivery

  • Develop and deliver communication plans that support business strategy, organisational priorities and key initiatives.
  • Create, coordinate and execute communication activities across internal and external communication channels.
  • Translate complex business information into simple, relevant and actionable communications.
  • Coordinate and manage communication calendars, campaigns and communication schedules across the business.

Dealer & External Operational Communications

  • Develop and deliver dealer and external stakeholder communications relating to operational, process and business changes.
  • Ensure external communications are timely, accurate and aligned with organisational messaging.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvements

  • Support governance, maintenance and optimisation of communication channels and platforms, including Orbit.
  • Maintain communication processes, templates and tools that improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication service delivery and stakeholder outcomes.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee communications or related communications roles.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, business projects and stakeholder communications.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple communication projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
