ポジション概要

Cisco Marketing Japanの一員として、お客様向けおよび販売パートナー向けマーケティングイベントの企画と運営、リードデータの管理、チーム内のアドミン業務を担当します。グローバルチームを含む社内外の関係者と連携し、マーケティング活動を円滑に進める役割です。

主な業務内容

1. イベントサポート（お客様向け・販売パートナー向け）

• イベントの企画補助と企画資料の作成
• イベント向けコンテンツ（告知文、案内資料、プレゼン資料など）の制作
• グローバルのWebチームやメール配信チームと連携した招待状（インバイト）の準備と送付
• イベント告知・登録用Webサイトの企画と、Webチームへのディレクション（要件の整理、進行管理、内容の確認）※Webの専門知識は不要です
• 参加者リストの作成と管理
• 会場、登壇者、関係者とのロジスティクス調整
  

2. データ管理・連携

• Salesforce（SFDC）からのイベント参加データやリード情報の抽出
• Excelを使ったデータの集計、整理、管理
• インサイドセールスへのリード連携とフォローアップ状況の確認
  

3. マーケティングアドミン業務

• 社内イントラネット（マーケティングポータル等）の更新と整備
• マーケティングイベントカレンダーの作成と管理
• 社内コミュニケーション（お知らせ、案内メールなど）の作成と配信
• 社内向け報告書やレポートの作成
  

応募資格（必須）

• PCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPointを業務で使用した経験）
• Excelでのデータ集計経験（関数、フィルター、ピボットテーブルなど）
• 基礎的な英語力（英文メールの読み書き、英語資料の読解）
• マーケティングまたはイベント関連のアシスタント業務の経験

歓迎スキル・経験

• Salesforce（SFDC）の使用経験
• お客様向けまたはパートナー向けのイベント、展示会の企画・運営サポートの経験
• Webサイト制作やメール配信を外部チームや制作会社に依頼し、進行管理した経験
• 海外拠点やグローバルチームと連携した業務の経験
• SharePointなど、イントラネットの更新経験
• IT業界での就業経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
