Communications Outreach Specialist

Position Title: Communications Outreach Specialist Duration: 12-month base period with three 12-month option periods Work Location: Primarily Remote USCIS Site: 5900 Capital Gateway Drive, Camp Springs, MD 20588 KeenLogic is seeking an organized and creative Communications Outreach Specialist to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Verification Division (VER). This position will support targeted communications and outreach initiatives designed to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of USCIS Verification programs and services. The Communications Outreach Specialist will assist with communications materials, targeted media campaigns, stakeholder engagement activities, and outreach initiatives that build program and product awareness among key audiences. This is a primarily remote position supporting USCIS Headquarters, 5900 Capital Gateway Drive, Camp Springs, MD 20588. Contractor personnel may work remotely; however, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) may request in-person meetings or engagements as needed. Required Qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for government clearances. 2+ years of demonstrated experience assisting in development of communications materials to build brand and product awareness through targeted media campaigns. BS/BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Communications, or related field. Responsibilities: Assist with development and execution of strategic communications and outreach initiatives. Develop communications materials designed to build brand and product awareness. Support targeted media and awareness campaigns. Assist in identifying target audiences and appropriate communications and outreach approaches. Support stakeholder engagement, awareness campaigns, and training activities. Assist with development and execution of outreach plans and tactical initiatives. Coordinate development of promotional materials and outreach content. Support communications targeted to employers, employees, HR professionals, businesses, government agencies, advocacy organizations, job seekers, and other stakeholders. Assist with analyzing outreach results and stakeholder feedback. Collaborate with content, digital, design, UX, and multimedia personnel.
