Communications Specialist

Role Description:

This is a FULL-TIME, REMOTE role. Due to the Company’s active growth, we are opening this vacancy. The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• NO work experience is required.
• Knowledge of Russian & English C1.
• Proficient PC user, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer communication skills - the ability to engage with Clients effectively.
• Organizational skills, and proactivity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the database of potential clients
• Work with the database of regular clients
• Inform about promotions and special offers
• Schedule meetings via phone (handling cold calls)
• Transfer meeting requests to the inspection manager
• Follow up with clients after sending commercial proposals (justify the cost of the proposal, address objections, transfer requests for contract documentation preparation)
• Coordinate service terms with clients
• Follow scripts and maintain reporting

• 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Dubai time.
• We never delay payments; payments are transferred twice a month, strictly on the 15th and 25th.
