AECOM is seeking a Communications Specialist to be based in Manila, Philippines The role is primarily responsible to support and coordinate content templating and distribution to increase employee engagement and promote AECOM brand awareness in various external and internal channels, websites, and communication platform. Templating, formatting and distribution of internal communications in line with corporate brand guidelines. Templating, formatting and distribution of client and external communications in line with corporate brand guidelines Monitor and report on engagement with internal and external communications. Support development of website pages and uploading content to support external campaigns and news announcements Coordinate monthly Spotlight Award submissions for each ANZ region – edit content and seek approvals from various business leads, format for distribution. Coordinating content from business leads for monthly Team Talks briefing packs. Support internal and external calendars, project trackers, and award submissions Track impact of marketing campaigns through performance dashboards, metrics, and analytics Monitor inbound emails in the Communications ANZ inbox Escalate and analyse identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution. Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service-level agreement, process, policies, and procedures Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or other related disciplines At least 3 years of professional, corporate communications-related experience, preferably in a global company Experience with email and content management systems such as Poppulo, SharePoint, Salesforce and Adobe Suite, an advantage but not required Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools Strong project management capabilities Attributes: Strong proofreading capability and ability to visualise impactful formats for communications. Highly organised and proactive. Ability to maintain good customer relationship with the ability to proactively support customer needs and requirements. (Customer Service) Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and identifying errors, duplicates, & discrepancies through defined methods. (Attention to Detail) Ability to identify, assess, and resolve simple to moderate issues by following defined policies and procedures.
