This position partners closely with leaders, HR and corporate stakeholders to translate business priorities into meaningful communications and experiences that drive engagement, strengthen culture and increase leadership visibility.

- The Manager, Internal Communications is responsible for planning and delivering internal communications that connect employees to organizational priorities, leadership messages, culture and change initiatives.

This role translates business priorities into clear communications, engagement activities and employee experiences, while using insights and feedback to strengthen effectiveness.

- Responsibilities

Plan and execute internal communication initiatives within established systems, procedures and channel strategies.

Deliver employee engagement activities, including large-scale training, events and promotional materials.

Conduct research, collect data and analyze key themes, trends, gaps and communication needs.

Assess issues and alternatives, recommend practical solutions, and prepare insights and analytics reports.

Provide specialist advice on policies and procedures, resolving queries and escalating complex or contentious matters appropriately.

Manage communications projects, priorities, dependencies, risks, deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

Develop, test and maintain procedures and guidelines that support compliance with internal policies and external requirements.

Support change initiatives through analysis, action planning, progress monitoring and management of resistance.

Develop and monitor budgets, including analysis of spend and progress.

People, Culture & Belonging (PCB) is responsible for employee communications, culture, inclusion and belonging, corporate social responsibility, early careers, and employee engagement programs. The team partners across the business to connect employees to company strategy, culture, and key priorities.

This role sits within the Employee & Leadership Communications team and serves as a strategic communications partner, developing and delivering communications that inform, engage, and align employees while supporting leadership communications, organizational change, and enterprise initiatives.

Success in this role will be measured by the individual's ability to deliver high-quality communications that are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. Once acclimated, key performance indicators will include:

Consistently meeting communication project deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively.

Producing clear, engaging, and high-quality communications with minimal revisions.

Building strong partnerships with stakeholders and serving as a trusted communications advisor.

Supporting successful execution of employee, leadership, and change communications initiatives.

Demonstrating strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.

Proactively identifying communication opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.

Effectively managing communication channels and ensuring content is relevant, timely, and aligned to strategy.

Receiving positive feedback from stakeholders regarding responsiveness, collaboration, and overall impact.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
