Role Summary
Provides communications, graphic design, accessibility, and stakeholder engagement support for OPTN modernization activities. Develops visually engaging, Section 508-compliant communications products and supports digital communications, executive communications, presentations, infographics, and outreach materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Affairs, English, Journalism, or related field.
- 3+ years of communications and graphic design experience.
- Demonstrated experience creating Section 508-compliant documents and presentations.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience creating infographics, reports, briefing materials, and visual communication products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience conducting Section 508 testing and document remediation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Federal communications programs.
- Experience supporting HRSA, HHS, or healthcare-related programs.
- Experience with digital communications and website content.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations.
- Experience with accessibility tools (Adobe Acrobat Pro, CommonLook, etc.).
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
- Experience creating templates, branding assets, and communication toolkits.
