Hours: Flexible, Part-time, 25+ hours per week

Remuneration: £25k pa (contract)

Reports to: Rachel Cooper, Co-Founder (working closely with other Directors)

Role purpose and opportunity

Be the heart of the RLE™ community. You will keep our international network of 100+ Resilient Leaders Consultants (RLCs) connected, informed and engaged with RLE™ and with each other.

You will be a main point of contact for our RLCs, look after the channels and events that bring the community together, and help welcome new RLCs through our Accreditation Programme. You will also help the wider world see what our community achieves by sharing their stories and promoting the next Accreditation Programme.

We are a small team whose business is expanding fast, and this role can develop further depending on your experience, ambition and proactivity.

Key responsibilities

  • Consultant account management
  • Act as a main point of contact for RLCs, building strong working relationships across the network.
  • Support Consultants at every stage of their membership, from onboarding, their use our proprietary Resilient Leaders Development Programme (RLDP™) and renewals to recognition and participation.
  • Keep RLC records up to date, and share feedback, needs and opportunities with the wider team.

Community channels

  • Manage and moderate our community channels, including the GlassCubes intranet and WhatsApp groups.
  • Plan and publish regular community updates, including our monthly newsletter, so Consultants always know what is happening and what is coming up.
  • Keep content current, accurate and easy to find, and encourage Consultants to share, connect and learn from each other.

Accreditation Programme support

  • Support the running of the Accreditation Programme, which brings new RLCs into the community.
  • Resilient Leaders Elements™ ©2026
  • Coordinate participant communications, schedules and logistics throughout the programme.
  • Make sure every newly accredited RLC has a warm, well-organised welcome into the community.

Events and CPD calendar

  • Own the community events calendar, including monthly CPD sessions, the annual conference, PD training and webinars.
  • Plan and coordinate each event: speaker liaison, invitations, joining details, reminders and follow-up communications.
  • Track attendance and gather feedback to keep improving the events programme.

Community queries

  • Respond to Consultant queries promptly and helpfully, routing them to the right colleague where needed.
  • Spot recurring questions and turn them into FAQs, guides or updates.

Marketing support

  • Share good news stories from the community across RLE's social channels.
  • Monitor our social channels, and engage with and share posts from our Consultants.
  • Help promote the Accreditation Programme to attract future RLCs, working with the Marketing Director and Creative/Innovation Director on content and campaigns.

Measures of success

  • Year-on-year increase in the number of community-led programmes that use the RLE™ and the RLDP™.
  • High Consultant retention and renewal, and positive feedback on the support RLCs receive.
  • An engaged, active community: strong attendance at CPD and events, and regular participation on GlassCubes and WhatsApp.
  • A well-run events calendar, published in advance and delivered on time.
  • Community queries answered quickly and resolved first time wherever possible.
  • Smooth Accreditation Programme cohorts, with new RLCs settling quickly into the community.
  • A steady flow of community stories shared on RLE™'s social channels.

Experience and capabilities

  • Experience in community management, membership engagement, internal communications or account management.
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys looking after people and making them feel part of something.
  • Highly organised, able to run a busy events calendar and juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • A clear, warm writer, quick to spot a good story and confident adapting tone for different channels.
  • Confident managing online community platforms and messaging groups; experience of a CRM such as HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and other social channels.
  • Proactive and responsive, comfortable working independently in a small, hybrid team.
  • An interest in leadership development, coaching or L&D is a plus.
