The Role In our small Team, as a Community Development Officer, you will play a key role in identifying local needs and delivering innovative projects that improve lives. You will work closely with individuals, groups, business and third sector partners to: • Develop and support community-led initiatives. • Empower individuals to build skills, confidence, and networks. • Creating a partnership approach to embed community priorities and foster collaboration. • Promote inclusion, engagement, and sustainability in all activities.
