Community engagement specialist - datacenters Unique opportunity to be part of something that makes a difference For a well-known and iconic global ICT customer in Espoo, we are looking for a Community engagement specialist for Datacenter projects. Tasks and job description Serve as liaison between general contractors, neighbours and stakeholders Act as a day-to-day bridge between the customer, its general contractors, and the local community Visiting construction sites and surrounding areas on a regular basis and assessing potential community impacts Maintaining regular contact with neighbours and local stakeholders as construction progresses Participating in relevant project meetings Managing community feedback Preparing weekly updates Monitoring, documenting, coordinating Qualifications and Experience Strong local presence, stakeholder management capability, and disciplined execution Experience in infrastructure development and/or construction Experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, or a related external-facing role Strong ability to build trusted relationships with local stakeholders, including neighbours, municipalities, partners, and contractors Ability to monitor, document, and escalate issues Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluency in Finnish mandatory, and strong professional English language skills Start: October 2026 End: 12 months + potential extension Location: Espoo + surroundings What next?
