Role Description

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will help build and engage an active online community by encouraging meaningful conversations, supporting community members, and coordinating digital engagement initiatives.This is a full-time remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships, facilitating discussions, and creating positive community experiences across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members across online platforms and communication channels
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative community environment
• Organize and support online events, discussions, and engagement initiatives
• Moderate community conversations and ensure adherence to community guidelines
• Gather feedback from community members and share insights with internal teams
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and program teams on community initiatives
• Maintain documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of community programs

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple activities
• Comfortable using online community and collaboration platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Interest in community engagement, digital communications, or social impact initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in community management, customer engagement, communications, or marketing
• Familiarity with platforms such as Discord, Slack, or similar online communities
• Experience coordinating online events or digital engagement activities
