MissPoppins is a SaaS platform that helps parenting experts and childcare providers scale their businesses by connecting them directly with families. Through real-time coaching and AI-driven personalized guidance, the platform supports parents across every stage of their parenting journey.

This is a contract role: Contract role for 60-90 days (probation) to assessment for full time hire based on performance.

Role Description The Community Growth Manager is a remote, contract role responsible for expanding and engaging MissPoppins’ community of parenting experts, childcare providers, and families. This role includes identifying and onboarding new partners, nurturing relationships with existing community members, and driving initiatives that increase platform adoption and engagement. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and executing outreach campaigns, coordinating community events and webinars, managing communication channels, and gathering feedback to inform product and marketing strategies. The Community Growth Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align growth efforts with business goals, track performance metrics, and optimize community programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics to track, interpret, and report on community growth and engagement metrics.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and convert prospective partners into active community members.
• Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to plan, execute, and refine community initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across teams.
• Experience in community management, customer success, or growth roles within SaaS or marketplace platforms is beneficial.
• Familiarity with parenting, childcare, or family services sectors is a plus, along with comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, communication platforms, and basic data reporting tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Stipend: INR 30K per month during the contract period
