Mission Activate and support creators so they actually post, perform, and stay engaged with the brand. Ownership Own creator community management, creator onboarding, creator communication, creator enablement, and creator success tracking. Core Responsibilities Welcome creators and onboard them into the brand ecosystem Share briefs, offers, hooks, deadlines, links, and instructions Manage WhatsApp or community channels and keep engagement active Support creators with questions about posting, linking, codes, timelines, and expectations Help creators understand what content is needed and how to improve performance Track creator posting activity, momentum, and participation Nurture creator relationships and maintain trust with the creator base Escalate operational issues such as shipping, linking, or compliance problems Publish weekly creator activity recaps with next actions Key Deliverables Active creator communities Creator onboarding and communication flows Weekly creator activity report Creator follow-up and reactivation plan Escalation log for creator issues KPIs Creator engagement rate Weekly active creators per brand Creator response time Sample-to-post rate % of onboarded creators who post within target window Creator retention / repeat posting rate Cadence Daily creator community sweeps Daily response management Weekly creator activity report Campaign blitz support as needed Decision Rights Schedule reminders and communication cadences Approve standard creator support actions Escalate issues beyond playbook Recommend which creators need more support or reactivation Tools / Access WhatsApp Creator Center Reacher Shipping / sample tracker Shared reporting tracker Daily Checklist Welcome new creators and send briefs Respond to creator questions Log posting activity and missing follow-ups Send reminders to inactive or pending creators Escalate blockers affecting creator output We thank all applicants for applying, but only successful candidates will be contacted.
