Who We Are
Villa is building America’s leading next-generation homebuilding platform. With a mission to be the easiest, fastest and most cost-efficient way to build homes, Villa's platform is a highly scalable new approach to offsite homebuilding and is critical in solving the many problems facing the U.S. housing market. Villa provides end-to-end services for customers that span feasibility, design, permitting, and construction of high-quality homes built using modern offsite construction. Villa is currently the largest ADU builder in California and is growing rapidly into other housing products and geographies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a self-starting Community Manager to serve in the Altadena, CA area to represent Villa to individuals who are rebuilding their homes after the Eaton Fire. As the face of Villa in Altadena, you will manage initial touchpoints and build relationships with potential customers, build community relationships at local events, and oversee the launch, tours and daily operations of Villa’s Altadena Showcase Home. Ideal candidates are high-energy, customer-first individuals with experience in sales, local marketing, and events who are eager to help a community rebuild. This is a dual role, as you will represent Villa in Altadena while also supporting Villa’s existing ADU business by selling ADUs to homeowners across the state.

This position is open to candidates based in Altadena or within a 20 mile radius of Altadena.

What You'll Do:

Community Management:

  • Represent Villa in / near Altadena at a variety of local rebuilding events, town hall, and community gatherings to build brand trust and awareness.

  • Provide consultation to customers to evaluate project feasibility and cost, and guide prospective clients through the initial decision-making process.
  • Work closely with Villa’s Account Executives to ensure a first-class customer experience throughout the customer’s journey with Villa.
  • Manage every aspect of the Altadena Villa Showcase Home, including the tour experience, lead capture, events, and site maintenance.
  • Generate interest in Villa as a solution through community engagement, local partnerships, and proactive research and outreach for potential clients.
  • Partner with Villa’s marketing team on creative ways to drive interest in Villa across the Altadena community through our events and local campaigns.

  • Join local internal Villa meetings and customer site visits as needed.
  • Account Executive D2C ADU Sales:

  • Manage the entire direct-to-consumer sale and design process, from initial lead intake and qualification through deposit and final contract.
  • Provide expert consultation to customers to evaluate project feasibility and cost, utilizing industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam to build initial site plans.
  • Partner seamlessly with Product, Project Management, Construction Management and BizOps teams to align on feasibility, timelines, and customer expectations, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, utilizing a deep understanding of our product to actively listen to their needs and guide them toward the best ADU solution for their property.
  • Diligently update Salesforce with correct information, maintain full knowledge of the target prospect base, and report KPIs to sales leadership.
  • What You Have:
