If you love shaking up social, thinking big and moving fast, you’ll fit right in. The Role As a part-time Community Manager for KLM, you have a lot of responsibilities. You will be in charge of posting and responding to comments on our clients’ brand pages on TikTok, and Instagram, YTS and Facebook. It’s important that you feel comfortable engaging with online communities with punny comebacks, polite replies to complaints, and more. We ask that you have a keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to Dutch and English grammar and interpunction. Besides this, sharing locally relevant trends and insights is also part of your responsibility, as we aim to keep leading brands at the forefront of social media at all times. It’s your responsibility to report this to the team. This is a part-time role, so you can work from our office in Amsterdam, but also partly from home as long as you have a good internet connection and a phone or computer that gets you on the right social media platforms. We are looking for a native Dutch-speaking Community Manager with excellent English skills who is based in the Netherlands. Please note that only candidates currently residing in the Netherlands will be considered for this role! What you’ll do Manage and moderate client brand pages across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook: responding to comments, DMs, and interactions in an on-brand voice Monitor social media trends daily and flag relevant opportunities to the content and strategy team Assist with reporting and learnings, gathering data and insights that help measure performance and shape future strategy Join weekly / bi weekly team meetings What we're looking for You are experienced in engaging with online communities on various platforms such as TikTok, but also Instagram, Facebook, YTS, LinkedIn, etc. You are up to date on current social media trends and can identify what fits our client's tonality, objective, and audience You have a keen eye for grammar and spelling, ensuring error-free communication on behalf of our clients You have a good sense of humour without being offensive, and be comfortable creating witty replies and/or copies for our client’s social media pages You can identify crises and alert the wider team immediately, working together to develop appropriate responses to the relevant audience You can report on everything that is happening on the accounts to inform the wider team and client You are a native Dutch speaker with great fluency in English You are available for around 8 hours a day from Friday to Sunday, so about 24 hours a week What’s in it for you?
