Job Description :

Estamos em busca de um perfil de Community Manager Freelancer para atuar em nossa agência de São Paulo.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:

• Identificar oportunidades de interação em tempo real (trends, conversas e pautas quentes)
• Planejar e executar junto à criação calendário AON para as marcas.
• Trabalhar em conjunto com times de criação e planejamento para desdobramento de projetos.
• Monitorar menções à marca e atuar em gestão de crise quando necessário
• Apoiar ações com creators/influenciadores em interações e ativações sociais
• Garantir consistência no tom de voz e diretrizes da marca

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:

• Formação em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas relacionadas;
• Experiência prévia como Community Manager com foco em relacionamento agências de publicidade ou comunicação
• Agilidade para atuar em tempo real e lidar com múltiplas demandas
• Capacidade analítica para transformar interações em insights
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento e gestão (ex: Monday, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buzzmonitor, etc.)
• Possuir CNPJ ativo e estar disponível para início imediato em um projeto freelancer por até 6 meses.

Estamos trabalhando na modalidade hibrida e indo presencial 3 vezes por semana em nossa agência de São Paulo.
