Role Description The Community Manager Intern (Unpaid) internship is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and growing Realdini’s player and fan communities across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with community members on social media, forums, and Discord, responding to inquiries, and facilitating positive, inclusive interactions. The intern will assist in planning and executing community events, content campaigns, and announcements, as well as collecting player feedback and reporting insights to the development and marketing teams. Additional responsibilities may include drafting community posts, helping create basic social media assets, moderating user-generated content, and contributing ideas to improve player engagement and retention. This role offers hands-on experience in community management within a collaborative game development environment.

Qualifications

• Community engagement and moderation skills, including experience interacting with audiences on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and social media.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting clear, inclusive, and engaging community posts and updates.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing practices, including scheduling posts and tracking engagement metrics.
• Interest in video games, storytelling, and emerging technologies such as AI-driven experiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with gathering, organizing, and summarizing community feedback for internal stakeholders.
• Professional, empathetic approach to conflict resolution and maintaining a welcoming community environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in communications, marketing, game design, media, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Prior experience in online communities (e.g., running a server, group, or fan community) is a plus.
