About the Role As a Project & Operations Intern at SoScale, you’ll help keep projects, productions, and teams aligned — ensuring the right things happen at the right time, with the right people involved. You’ll work closely with project managers, strategists, creatives, and performance marketers across real client projects. You’ll learn how modern creative and performance teams operate behind the scenes — from timelines and workflows to communication, coordination, and delivery. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, solving problems, and making things run smoothly in fast-moving environments. You won’t just organize tasks. You’ll help drive projects forward.
