The Position

TikFinity's community lives on Discord. More than 500,000 creators use our tools for their TikTok LIVEs, and the questions, ideas, and complaints that come with that land in our server around the clock. Right now, the community mostly answers itself. That ends with you.

The role runs in two directions. Inward: you turn what the community says into reports our product team can act on. Anyone can tell us where users complain the loudest; you tell us whether it's a real problem or a user error, and you write it up so a developer takes it seriously. Outward: you bring product updates, new features, and roadmap themes back into the community, in the server and on air. You'll go live on TikFinity's TikTok account and host coaching sessions in Discord, so fluent English in front of an audience is part of the job, and it's the part that makes this role bigger than moderation.

Duties

• Keep the TikFinity Discord in view every day and make sure no question goes unanswered

• Turn community feedback into structured reports for the product team: real problem, user error, or just loud

• Communicate product updates, new features, and roadmap themes back to the community

• Go live on TikFinity's TikTok account and host on-air coaching sessions in Discord

• Keep the server safe and welcoming: guidelines, FAQs, de-escalation when discussions heat up

• Plan and run community events, from giveaways to challenges

• Track community health with simple, regular reporting: activity, sentiment, top topics

• Spot power users and turn them into ambassadors for TikFinity

Division

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running an online community, not just being part of one. Discord preferred

• Fluent English, written, spoken, and on camera: going live in front of an audience is something you want to do, not something you'd endure

• Enough technical curiosity to reproduce a problem yourself before you report it

• A reliable daily presence, with the flexibility to be there when the community is most active

• Calm in heated moments: you de-escalate instead of feeding the fire

• Familiarity with streaming and creator culture, ideally TikTok LIVE

• Based in Germany or Austria, or within two hours of that time zone

Great to have

• You've hosted streams or lives yourself

• Discord setup skills: bots, roles, permissions

• German language skills (part of the team works in German)

Compensation

Gross salary for this role ranges from €30,000 to €40,000 per year (full-time). For roles based in Austria, this is an all-in contract. Depending on country and type of employment, we are open to negotiate.
