Community Manager (Remote)

About the Role At Dtec, we are shaping the future of connected mobility by developing innovative vehicle telemetry and distributed physical infrastructure solutions. We are looking for an energetic, highly communicative Community Manager to spearhead our global community initiatives, drive organic user growth, and build an active ecosystem around our technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive active daily engagement, moderate discussions, and lead organic community growth across Discord, Telegram, and X.
• Structure and scale global ambassador initiatives, contributor programs, and community reward systems.
• Organize, produce, and co-host live interactive sessions, including AMAs, product demos, and audio spaces.
• Translate complex vehicle telemetry updates, product roadmaps, and technical milestones into clear, accessible announcements.
• Track community sentiment, gather feedback loops, and report weekly actionable insights to the product and marketing teams.
• Maintain server architecture, onboarding flows, and automated moderation tools to keep community spaces organized and secure.

Requirements

• Proven track record in community management, social engagement, or online moderation within tech, IoT, gaming, or high-growth digital products.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with an authentic grasp of modern online community culture.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in an asynchronous, remote-first global setup.
• Composed crisis-management skills with the ability to address technical questions and user feedback transparently.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of or a strong interest in Web3, DePIN, and token ecosystem dynamics.
• Familiarity with modern community tooling, automation bots, and gamification/quest platforms.
• Experience managing tech-enthusiast or early-adopter user bases.
