Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers.
Founded in 2022 and based in London, we build for commercial design standards: full creative control, style consistency, and native vector outputs, an API for teams who want to integrate that capability directly into their workflows, plus mobile app for those who prefer not to be distracted from the process without a computer.
Over 3 million creators across 190+ countries use Recraft. Our mission is to help everyone who works with visuals get the job done, without lowering the bar on design.
If you want to help set that standard, we'd like to hear from you.
About the role
Our Creator Partnership program brings together designers, illustrators, artists, content creators and people who simply follow where creative AI is going. Partners get early access, test new models before anyone else and share what they make. We're looking for someone to grow the program and the community around it: shape how they develop, run them day to day and keep them worth coming back to.
You'll set the community's rhythm, get to know its members and turn our launches into moments they take part in, not just hear about. Discord is our home today, and you're free to bring in the formats and platforms that work best.
Key Responsibilities
Grow the program. Shape how the Creator Partnership program works: tiers, perks, what we ask of partners, and what they get back. Make it feel like a club, not a deal.
Run the community. Onboard new partners, moderate, answer questions, and build one-to-one relationships with the members who shape the community.
Keep it active. Run recurring formats such as challenges, critiques, show-and-tells, creator calls, webinars, livestreams, Q&As, and office hours with the team. Keep what works and drop what doesn't.
Grow ambassadors. Help the members others learn from become ambassadors by giving them a stage, recognition, and a clear path into the program.
Make launches a community moment. Give partners early access, briefs, and assets, plan joint launches with creators, and bring a wave of new work and posts on release day.
Run alpha and early-access cohorts. Invite and onboard testers, set the rules, collect feedback in numbers and in words, and bring it to the product and ML teams.
Take it beyond Discord. Grow the community on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Substack, and at meetups, wherever members want to be.
Write the playbook. Document how the community runs, from onboarding to launch day, so it doesn't depend on one person.
Track the numbers. Measure who's active, who stays, and who posts at launch, and share a short weekly report.
Work with outreach. Creators who say yes to our outreach come to you for onboarding.
Who You'll Work With
You'll report to Head of Content. You'll work closely with the creative, product, engineering, ML, and support teams, and with the design team.
Requirements
You've built or run a creator, ambassador, or partner program, including its tiers, perks, rules, and the people in it.
You've run a creative community end to end, ideally around creative AI, and can share links and numbers.
You've kept recurring formats going for months, not just launched them.
You've turned active members into ambassadors, experts, or co-hosts.
You use AI image and video tools yourself and have opinions about them.
You understand how creative people work and what they care about: craft, taste, credit, and their time.
You keep track of many relationships without dropping any.
You write fluent English (C1 or above) and are comfortable hosting a livestream or a call.
You're active on the platforms your community uses, and you act on what it needs without waiting for a brief.
Nice to Have
Your own design, illustration, motion, or AI art practice
Experience running an alpha, beta, or early-access program
Outreach experience, especially automated (CRM, Clay, Make or Zapier, Discord bots)
Experience running in-person events and meetups
A personal presence on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube
Experience at a design tool, creative tech, or AI company
What We Offer
Ownership of the community around Recraft Studio, a product designers use every day.
Early access to new Recraft models and a direct line to the product and ML teams who build them.
Room to experiment with formats, platforms, and ideas, and to keep what works.
A competitive salary, with bonus potential tied to your performance review.
A team that means it when it says it wants to build the best product in the category: people who give each other direct, useful feedback, share context openly, and step in to help without being asked.
