We are looking for a highly proactive, relationship-driven, and charismatic Community & Media Growth Manager to help build and grow engaged communities around Ace Alliance, Affiverse, and Revpanda.
Our brands already have strong products, content, partnerships, events, and industry presence. The next step is creating an ecosystem where affiliates, operators, B2B experts, founders, creators, thought leaders, and industry professionals actively engage, network, learn, and return regularly.
This role combines community growth, podcast hosting, media production, guest relationship management, and industry networking. You will help position our brands as highly active and valuable networking and media communities within the affiliate marketing and iGaming industries.
We are not looking for a traditional social media manager or backend-only content producer. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys conversations, storytelling, networking, relationship building, and creating meaningful engagement across communities, podcasts, events, and industry ecosystems.
Over time, the right person will become a visible public-facing representative of the brands, capable of hosting podcast episodes, moderating discussions, conducting executive interviews, and building highly engaged professional communities.
Responsibilities
Community Growth & Engagement
- Build, grow, and manage communities around Ace Alliance, Affiverse, and Revpanda across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, WhatsApp, Slack groups, industry forums, and niche communities
- Develop and execute community growth and engagement strategies aligned with each brand's positioning and audience
- Create engaging community experiences through discussions, networking opportunities, AMAs, webinars, polls, live chats, industry conversations, and community-led initiatives
- Moderate and manage community spaces while ensuring professional, engaging, and positive interactions
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, operators, founders, content creators, conference attendees, partners, and industry influencers
- Support community activation before, during, and after industry conferences and networking events
- Gather audience feedback and community insights to support content, partnerships, and brand positioning
- Identify trends, discussions, and opportunities for engagement-driven campaigns and community initiatives
- Monitor and report on community KPIs including engagement, retention, audience growth, participation rates, referral traffic, brand mentions, and community sentiment
Podcast & Media Growth
- Co-host podcasts and video interviews across Ace Alliance ecosystem brands
- Gradually take ownership of independently hosting selected podcast episodes, interviews, and industry conversations
- Research, identify, and coordinate potential guests from the iGaming, affiliate marketing, media, technology, finance, performance marketing, and creator ecosystems
- Prepare interview briefs, discussion topics, questions for podcast episodes, event-based interviews, and post-podcast articles
- Manage guest coordination, outreach, scheduling, confirmations, and pre-recording communication
- Support the podcast production workflow from planning and recording through publishing and promotion
- Conduct video interviews and networking-focused content during conferences and industry events
- Collaborate with content, SEO, design, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to maximize content reach and visibility
- Support the creation of short-form clips, LinkedIn content, social snippets, newsletters, and engagement-driven media assets
- Monitor podcast and media performance metrics and identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement
- Identify compelling stories, personalities, trends, and conversation opportunities across the industry
- Support the development of new podcast, video, community, and media formats across the brand ecosystem
Brand Representation & Industry Presence
- Act as a visible and engaging representative of Ace Alliance, Affiverse, and Revpanda across communities, events, podcasts, and industry channels
- Build ambassador-style relationships with creators, partners, contributors, and community champions
- Help grow the brands' industry presence through collaborations, partnerships, creator relationships, and ecosystem initiatives
- Represent the brands professionally at conferences, networking events, webinars, and digital industry discussions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community management, audience growth, podcasting, media, content production, social media, affiliate marketing, PR, or related fields
- Previous experience within iGaming, affiliate marketing, media, or digital publishing industries is highly preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Comfortable speaking on camera, moderating discussions, hosting conversations, and conducting interviews
- Experience managing online communities on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, or similar channels
- Familiarity with tools such as Riverside, Restream, WebinarGeek, Descript, Canva, Buzzsprout, Spotify for Creators, Discord, Telegram, Notion, Hootsuite, Slack, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Experience attending, supporting, or covering industry conferences and events
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and audience growth principles
- Ability to create conversation-driven, engagement-focused content
- Highly proactive, organized, and self-driven personality
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, guests, communities, and timelines simultaneously
- Understanding of LinkedIn content, short-form media, creator ecosystems, and modern digital content distribution
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze community, content, and audience performance
- Comfortable becoming a public-facing personality for the brands over time
