Position Overview: The Community & Programming Coordinator supports OCHIN Central and the Member Engagement Platform by coordinating day-to-day community operations, platform governance, content development, data analysis, and quality standards that create a consistent, trusted, and member-centered engagement experience. This role partners closely with the Manager, OCHIN Central and the Director of Member Engagement to maintain community spaces, write and refine member-facing content, support moderation workflows, coordinate internal operating structures, and help ensure information and interactions are accurate, timely, accessible, and aligned with OCHIN’s broader member engagement and functional excellence strategy. Essential Functions: Coordinates day-to-day operations for OCHIN Central and the Member Engagement Platform, including community setup, content intake, member-facing updates, issue tracking, and routine platform maintenance. Develops, edits, and publishes content for platform pages, posts, announcements, and guidance materials aligned with OCHIN standards and member needs. Supports community management by maintaining moderated discussion spaces, participation norms, membership processes, and escalation pathways that promote trusted two-way engagement among members and OCHIN staff. Maintains governance and quality processes, including content standards, editor guidance, review cycles, documentation, templates, taxonomy, and communication practices. Manages initiatives, timelines, requests, and deliverables with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Partners with OCHIN Central and Member Engagement leaders, Marketing and Communications, content editors, subject matter experts, and governance groups to align priorities, coordinate requests, and resolve workflow questions. Analyzes engagement data, content performance, platform activity, community needs, and recurring issues to inform reporting, continuous improvement, member self-service, and future platform enhancements. Builds relationships with subject matter experts and internal teams to support programming and community success. Requirements Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple workstreams, requests, timelines, and stakeholders, with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through. Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft, edit, and translate information into clear, accurate, member-centered content, platform guidance, announcements, and engagement materials. Ability to translate OCHIN technical software solution information into clear value for different member groups Demonstrated ability to support community management, content coordination, knowledge sharing, or digital engagement activities. Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint or similar content platforms, collaboration tools, and basic reporting or tracking systems. Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and summarize platform, engagement, and operational data to identify trends, inform decisions, and support functional excellence. Ability to apply established standards, workflows, and governance processes to support quality, consistency, and compliance in member-facing environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting member, customer, user, or community engagement programs. Experience with SharePoint, community platforms, intranet/portal management, or content governance processes. Familiarity with health care, health information technology, nonprofit membership organizations, or safety-net provider environments.
