🚀 Senior Governance Officer | Remote Working | Financial Services

Are you an experienced Company Secretary looking for a role offering greater ownership, flexibility and exposure to senior stakeholders?

I'm recruiting for a Senior Governance Officer to join a leading international financial services organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of an internal portfolio of entities, working closely with Boards, Directors and senior management on a broad range of corporate governance matters.

What's involved?

• End-to-end company secretarial and governance oversight
• Managing Board and Committee meetings, agendas and minutes
• Supporting governance frameworks, regulatory compliance and statutory obligations
• Working directly with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
• Contributing to governance improvements and operational efficiencies

What you'll need:

• Minimum 3–5 years' Company Secretarial experience - no other backgrounds will be accepted
• At least 2–3 years' direct Funds Company Secretarial experience – no other backgrounds will be accepted
• Strong board support and minute-taking experience
• CGI/ICSA qualification or equivalent would be advantageous

✅ Remote working (quarterly board meetings an exception to this)

✅ International organisation with excellent exposure

✅ Broad governance responsibilities and genuine ownership
