JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market research and analyzing salary data, modeling merit and other salary increases, assisting in managing incentive programs, utilizing tools such as Market Pay, Workday, and other survey platforms to drive informed decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer the company's compensation programs in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation for their position.
  • Utilize advanced tools and methodologies including market surveys, benchmarking studies, and internal salary data to conduct complex job evaluations.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hire managers to establish competitive salary ranges for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers, and provide guidance to ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity principles.
  • Partner with TR leadership to design and implement compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs, which support organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate compensation analysis findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compensation and provide thought leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation in compensation strategies and processes.
  • Support the Annual Survey submission cycle from start to finish, regular maintenance of Market Pay tool, addressing compensation queries via Workday Help case and reviewing/approving compensation transactions.
  • Follow internal SOPs to create new/edit job profiles in Workday or perform job profile audits on a quarterly basis. Support the payroll team with the WCC or SOC codes when necessary.
  • Provide support to Senior Analysts and Leadership regarding all compensation related projects and initiatives

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation, including compensation programs, market research, salary data analysis, market surveys, benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structures, and/or related compensation activities.


Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is required. Experience with advanced compensation survey platforms such as MarketPay and HRIS systems like Workday is highly desirable.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Elevated level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • A strategic mindset with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to driving results and delivering value.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.

On-site presence is required only when necessary, such as for meetings, trainings, or collaborative activities, in alignment with the company’s telework agreement, which currently requires employees to work on-site three (3) days per week)
