Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources Organization in Ankara or İstanbul under a hybrid work model (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).

Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Statistics or a related field
• Experience in compensation systems, compensation analysis, compensation research, and benefits strategies
• Competence in data analysis, reporting and budget modeling
• Proficiency in the SAP HR module
• Experience in HR digitalization and process improvement projects
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities;

• Managing the company’s compensation and benefits strategies effectively by contributing to the development, implementation and sustainability
• Contributing to wage increase and bonus cycles throughout the process; preparing cost analysis and supporting budget planning processes
• Tracking market compensation trends and providing strategic recommendations aligned with company needs
• Establishing, reviewing and maintaining up-to-date procedures, processes and job evaluation frameworks for compensation and benefits
• Analyzing the effectiveness of offered benefits programs to drive continuous improvement
• Monitoring changes in legal and regulatory frameworks to ensure full compliance and preparing required data for audits and regulatory authorities
• Participating in and supporting HR systems enhancement and process digitization projects
