Polish-Speaking Medical Tourism Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Polish-speaking Sales Specialist for Elara Medical, our client company operating in İzmir, for which we provide consulting services.

Elara Medical is a rapidly growing international healthcare brand specializing in dental treatments and medical tourism. As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team and help guide patients from the Polish market through their treatment journey.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries (leads) from prospective patients in the Polish market.
• Present treatment plans, explain procedures, and communicate the benefits of Elara Medical's services to convert leads into patients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless patient support throughout the pre-treatment and post-treatment process.
• Develop and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven sales approach to achieve individual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in Polish, with the ability to conduct professional sales conversations.
• Previous experience in medical tourism sales, preferably in the dental treatment sector.
• Currently residing in Türkiye. Candidates based in İzmir, İstanbul or Antalya with proven industry experience and strong references will be given priority.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve high earnings.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic international environment.
