Compensation & Benefits Manager/Learning & Development Manager /Employee Relations Manager

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Compensation & Benefits Manager / Learning & Development Manager / Employee Relations Manager at YVY Agricultura Digital. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The manager will develop and deliver learning and development initiatives, including training programs, leadership development, and career progression frameworks to support employee growth and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations matters, providing guidance to leaders on HR policies and practices, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. The role also includes analyzing HR data, recommending process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent communication of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications

• Ability to manage and design fair and consistent compensation structures, including experience in compensation management and job evaluation.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and employee benefits, with a focus on compliance, market competitiveness, and employee well-being.
• Experience in learning and development, including training design, facilitation, and leadership or career development program management.
• Strong employee relations skills, including conflict resolution, coaching managers, and applying HR policies and labor regulations effectively.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis, reporting, and use of HRIS or related systems to support decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
