Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated individual to support payroll processes through data analysis, reporting, and ensuring data quality and consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong organizational skills. We do not require previous professional experience. Instead, we are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within an international environment.


Qualifications:

  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data validation, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to data quality.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (1-2 days per week in the office).
  • At least 6-month employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates)
