My client a leading insurance business is looking to recruit a Complaints & Error Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating customer complaints and operational errors within a regulated Life & Pensions environment. You will identify root causes and contribute to long-term improvements that enhance customer outcomes and operational effectiveness.

About Your New Job

• Manage customer complaints received through emails or over the phone or other channels.
• Guide customers through the complaint journey, clearly explaining processes an timelines.
• Assess complaints and service issues.
• Identify the underlying causes of customer dissatisfaction and determine appropriate investigation and resolution
• Investigate operational errors, process breakdowns and customer-impacting incidents
• Develop a strong understanding of Life & Pensions products, processes and systems

What Skills You Need

• APA or QFA designation Institute of Bankers
• 2 Years Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services/Banking industry in a client servicing/customer service role ideally handling complaints
