Complaints Resolution Officer

Complaints Resolution Officer Full Time - Permanent - Hybrid (2 office days per week) - £38,000 per annum The Complaints Resolutions Officer is responsible for making sure that actions promised to customers as part of Stage 1 complaint resolutions are followed up, delivered and clearly recorded. The role will support the effective closure of complaints by checking that agreed actions have been completed, customers are kept proactively informed about progress or any changes, and outcomes are confirmed with the customer wherever possible. Key Responsibilities of the role: Complaints action tracking and follow ups Customer communication and resolution check-ins. Complaints resolution support.
