The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You will Do: Assemble documentation packages from technical, sourcing, and supplier-provided inputs Draft narrative sections summarizing findings, actions taken, and supporting evidence Ensure packages meet defined format, content, and traceability standards Maintain version control and an audit-ready record of all submissions Track package status through internal review and approval What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years in technical writing, proposal development, quality documentation, regulatory affairs, contracts administration, or paralegal work Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, well-organized documents under deadline Comfortable synthesizing input from engineers and analysts into clear narrative Strong attention to formatting, consistency, and completeness Pay Range: $33.00- $36.00/hr Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
