KICKSKICKS is looking for a Compliance & Education Manager – Wellness
For our Nordic KICKS organization, we are looking for a strong candidate to support our growing wellness business. You combine solid compliance understanding with a passion for education, responsible selling and knowledge sharing.
As KICKS continues to expand beyond traditional beauty categories into wellness, we are strengthening our internal capabilities to build customer trust, employee confidence and responsible communication from day one.
As our new Compliance & Education Manager – Wellness, you will help ensure that wellness products are communicated, promoted and sold in a responsible and compliant way. In this commercially embedded regulatory role, you will translate compliance requirements and scientific information into practical guidance for marketing, sales activation and education.
The role is part of the Commercial Health & Wellness team, reports to the Business Concept & Education Manager in Denmark and is based in Stockholm, with flexible working arrangements and regular travel across the Nordic markets.

As our new Compliance & Education Manager – Wellness, you will help ensure that wellness products are communicated, promoted and sold in a responsible and compliant way. In this commercially embedded regulatory role, you will translate compliance requirements and scientific information into practical guidance for marketing, sales activation and education.
The role is part of the Commercial Health & Wellness team, reports to the Business Concept & Education Manager in Denmark and is based in Stockholm, with flexible working arrangements and regular travel across the Nordic markets.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve compliant, scientifically accurate and commercially relevant education concepts, learning journeys and training initiatives across wellness categories.
- Design and deliver engaging training and educational activities for store teams through webinars, workshops, conferences, e-learning platforms and other relevant learning formats.
- Translate compliance requirements, scientific information and agreed regulatory principles into practical tools, selling guidance, talking points and customer communication support that enable responsible and compliant sales practices.
- Review and approve wellness-related marketing, sales activation, training and educational materials, including brand-provided guidance, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, industry standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Quality & Regulatory Affairs and external partners across the Nordics to provide regulatory guidance, support complex compliance assessments and ensure consistent, compliant wellness communication.
- We are looking for a structured and communicative candidate who can turn complex compliance and scientific information into practical, engaging and commercially relevant guidance.
- Solid knowledge of regulated wellness products, preferably including food supplements, regulated health claims and responsible product communication.
- Experience developing and delivering educational programs, workshops, e-learning concepts and other training materials.
- Good understanding of compliant customer dialogue, responsible selling and sales-related claims.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across commercial, operational and compliance functions.
- A structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong quality standards.
- Fluent in Swedish with strong English communication skills. Norwegian or Finnish is considered a merit.
