Business Unit Overview Our Operations unit is the engine room of Superloop - responsible for maintaining and supporting all of our products and internal technical infrastructure to ensure the best possible service to both our customers and our very own business. Our Operations unit is responsible for ensuring that the business has the technical capability and capacity to deliver services to all Superloop customers ranging from Home Broadband to International Wholesale. Led by our Chief Operating Officer, Operations supports the 24/7 operations of Superloop while keeping our customers connected. Role Purpose The Compliance Lead - Operations drives effective Line 1 ownership of technology, infrastructure and operational risk across Superloop. The role partners with Operations, Product and Commercial, Line 2 Compliance and Regulatory teams to strengthen controls, meet regulatory obligations and provide clear risk insight to management and the Board. Key Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement in key technology, network, infrastructure and systems controls to support effective risk management, regulatory compliance and operational resilience. SOCI Program Owner: Manage Superloop's Telecommunications Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program Maintain the register of critical infrastructure assets Review and uplift of key controls linked to SOCI material risks and hazards Co-ordination of critical infrastructure regulatory notifications and reporting Provide risk support to the technology procurement and vendor governance program Participation in business transformation programs Qualifications and Experience Proven capability in managing technology risks within complex technology‑centric organisations Experience working with complex technology environments, including enterprise billing platforms, cloud computing, software engineering, marketing platforms, API management and AI. Experience working in highly regulated industries including telecommunications, energy and infrastructure Knowledge of the Australian regulatory environment including SOCI and telecommunication industry obligations Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving risk culture uplift Experience working on complex transformation projects Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Engineering or related discipline Industry certifications desirable (e.g., CRISC, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).
