Compliance & Licensing Officer

Seeking a Compliance & Licensing professional to manage all regulatory and licensing obligations across our operating states. This role is critical to ensuring we meet both federal and state-level compliance requirements as we grow our lending operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain all state mortgage licenses for Realfinity Mortgage Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations (NMLS, RESPA, etc.) Act as the designated AML/Compliance Officer in applicable states Coordinate license renewals, updates, and reporting Support internal audits and regulatory filings Stay ahead of regulatory changes impacting our operation. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience managing compliance and licensing for a mortgage lender or broker Able to serve as designated Compliance and/or AML Officer as required by certain states Familiarity with NMLS, SAFE Act, and multi-state regulatory requirements Highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Above market salary HMO on Day 1 for principal and two dependents Government-mandated benefits Performance-based Incentives Quarterly Company Events 1,000 PHP De Minimis Equipment and software provided
