Title: Compliance Manager

Compensation: c. €100k base + bonus and benefits (disclosed at initial stages)

We’ve partnered with a regulated financial services firm that is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to support the Head of Compliance in a delegated capacity. This role will lead day-to-day operation of the compliance framework, with a strong focus on governance, monitoring, and regulatory engagement in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the firm’s compliance governance framework, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, and monitoring programmes.
- Prepare board and senior management compliance reporting, covering regulatory developments and key risk metrics.
- Lead execution of the annual compliance plan and second line assurance testing.
- Maintain oversight of safeguarding obligations and related controls and escalation processes.
- Provide compliance input on outsourcing arrangements and third-party service providers.
- Collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Legal, and Product teams to embed regulatory requirements in processes and systems.
Key Skills
- Strong experience in a senior compliance role within a regulated financial services environment.
- Deep knowledge of relevant Irish and EU regulatory requirements, including conduct standards and second-line compliance obligations.
- Proven ability to design and operate proportionate, practical compliance and monitoring frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and credibility when engaging with senior management and regulators.
