Job Description:

The Compliance Monitor II position will support the HIPP and CHIPRA program activities within the Third-Party Liability (TPL) Unit. This position will be responsible for quality control, monitoring, supporting the Unit and compliance of program deliverables from the TPL Vendor. The position collaborates with other TPL Team members to meet internal deliverables within the Office of Inspector General (OIG).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiates weekly review and approval of the weekly HIPP and CHIPRA registers
• Drafts preliminary audit findings for Vendor
• Performs Level 1 approvals each week
• Performs quality control reviews of Vendor data against MMIS and Vendor’s systems
• Assist members with TPL inquiries and insurance updates
• Evaluates data for quality and completeness
• Responds to routine and special requests
• Serves as backup to other TPL Team members as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in a technical job related to the area of assignment. A valid driver's license may be required.
