Company Description
Aperture brings a connected point of view to performance media. We work across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and the wider channel mix, combining human-led strategy with in-house AI decision support. Our focus is clarity: a better view of the signals, more considered choices, and one accountable conversation across planning, activation and learning.
Role Description
We're looking for a consultant who knows how Meta applies its advertising policies in practice: the Advertising Standards, how ads, accounts and landing pages are reviewed, and how complex policy cases and escalations are handled. You might have done this work at Meta, for example in policy compliance, policy risk or escalations, or for Meta through a partner firm such as Accenture or Concentrix.
This is paid, flexible consulting work. We'll ask for your practical view on policy risk: what keeps ads and accounts compliant, where advertisers commonly go wrong, and how to put issues right properly, so the campaigns we run and the brands we advise get it right first time.
Requirements
• Hands-on experience of Meta ads policy compliance, policy risk or escalations, at Meta or a partner firm
• Strong working knowledge of Meta's Advertising Standards, including restricted areas such as financial services, health, and social issues, elections or politics
• Experience handling complex or escalated cases, such as ad rejections, account restrictions and appeals
• Clear, practical communication: explaining what a policy means for a real ad or account, and how to fix it
• Experience of other platforms' ad policies, such as Google or TikTok, is a plus
