Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters Establishing companies for clients Preparing, submitting and guiding through licensing applications Acting as AML & Risk Officer as part of outsourcing mandates Implementing RegTech software for clients Drafting and reviewing policies and delivering training Coordinating with supervisory authorities Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance; a Swiss education is an advantage Relevant professional experience (3+ years), preferably with 2+ years of practical experience in the Swiss financial industry Knowledge of financial market regulation such as AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, SRO Regulations, CDB20 Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management skills Tech & AI affinity, preferably in the field of RegTech Nice to have: Advanced expertise in crypto Consulting experience or experience in a law firm Advanced AI skills and experience with RegTech tools Working at JayBee JayBee AG is a fast growing consulting firm based in Zug with a strong focus on DLT, crypto & FinTech .
