Compulsory Internship Sustainability Europe (d/f/m) - Starting January 2027

About this Position

Join our European Sustainability team and contribute to shaping the sustainability agenda of one of the world's leading consumer goods companies. From day one, you will become an active member of our international sustainability community and have the opportunity to take ownership of projects with real business impact.

What you´ll do

• Collaborate closely with Sustainability Managers across Europe and support regional sustainability initiatives
• Create engaging sustainability content, customer presentations, and communication materials that bring our sustainability ambitions to life
• Work together with agencies and cross-functional teams on sustainability-related projects and campaigns
• Analyze sustainability KPIs and generate insights to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market monitoring to identify emerging sustainability trends, benchmarks, and best practices
• Support the preparation of management presentations and strategic sustainability updates
• Help organize and coordinate sustainability events, workshops, and community activities across Europe
• Participate in regional and global sustainability meetings to gain deep insights into sustainability strategy, innovation, and stakeholder engagement

What makes you a good fit

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Sustainability, Business Administration, Marketing,
• Communications, Economics, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
• Passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to meaningful projects
• Strong analytical skills and an affinity for working with data and KPIs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, combined with a creative mindset and an eye for impactful storytelling
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Self-driven, proactive, and well-organized, with the ability to take ownership and manage multiple priorities
• Team player who enjoys collaborating in a diverse and international environment
