Computer System Validation & Data Integrity Lead | 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract | Wicklow | Hybrid

Matrix Recruitment is recruiting for a Computer System Validation & Data Integrity Lead on behalf of our client in Wicklow for a 2-year fixed-term contract on a hybrid working basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced validation and compliance professional to take a leading role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting computer system validation activities within a regulated environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with IT, Quality and Operations teams, combining compliance leadership with hands-on validation support across system lifecycle activities and digital projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site-wide data integrity initiatives, working with subject matter experts to identify and address compliance gaps.
  • Develop and maintain data integrity policies, risk assessments, compliance tracking measures and associated documentation.
  • Prepare, review and maintain Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation, including validation plans, protocols, SOPs and reports.
  • Oversee change control, system lifecycle management, periodic reviews and validation activities for system upgrades and digital projects.
  • Support regulatory audit and inspection readiness, ensuring computerised systems and associated processes meet applicable compliance requirements.


Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification in IT, Engineering, Science, Quality or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, data integrity principles and computerised system lifecycle management.
  • Excellent technical documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting validation and compliance activities.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
